How to request deletion
- Email support@mediadoc.in from your registered account email.
- Use subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your account email and organization name (if applicable).
- Our team verifies identity and confirms request receipt.
- Deletion is processed within a reasonable compliance window and confirmation is shared over email.

- Connected Instagram account metadata
- Automation rules and message logs where legally permitted
