MediaDoc supports user deletion requests for account and associated service data, subject to legal and operational retention obligations.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@mediadoc.in from your registered account email.
  2. Use subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include your account email and organization name (if applicable).
  4. Our team verifies identity and confirms request receipt.
  5. Deletion is processed within a reasonable compliance window and confirmation is shared over email.

  • User profile and organization mapping
  • Connected Instagram account metadata
  • Automation rules and message logs where legally permitted
  • Associated support records tied to account identity
