By using MediaDoc, you agree to these terms and applicable platform rules, including Instagram and Meta ecosystem policies.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for account security, connected social profiles, and automation rules configured in your workspace. You must maintain active authorization via Meta for features to function.

3. Acceptable Use & Spam Prevention

• You agree not to send spam, unsolicited promotional material, or abusive automated messages.
• You agree to comply with Meta's Community Standards and Developer Policies.
• We reserve the right to actively monitor platform usage and IP addresses to prevent abuse.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

MediaDoc acts as an automation conduit to Meta's APIs. We are not responsible for any suspension, ban, or restriction placed on your Instagram/Meta accounts due to your usage of this tool or API bugs. By using MediaDoc, you indemnify and hold us harmless against any loss of business, revenue, or data.

5. Third-Party API Dependency (Meta)

Our services rely heavily on Instagram and Meta APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If Meta changes, restricts, or revokes API access, certain features may break or be permanently discontinued without notice.

6. Billing, Limits, and Refunds

Subscription terms and account limits are enforced based on your active plan. Due to the digital and server-intensive nature of our automation, all payments are non-refundable unless explicitly required by law.

7. Suspension and Termination

MediaDoc may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse messaging systems, trigger Meta spam alerts, or create security risks, without refund.
