2. Instagram & Meta Data Usage

MediaDoc processes Instagram data only for features explicitly enabled by connected users. We process Webhook Payloads (such as public comments and sender IDs) to deliver automation. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and access is strictly limited to authorized service operations. We do not use your Instagram data to train generic AI models.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain user sessions, secure authentication, and track application state (like background tab visibility) to optimize performance and reduce API load.

5. Data Sharing
